Creative Conversations within Education Scotland - evaluation report

Creative conversations within Education Scotland posed the question “What is creativity?” to a cross section of Education Scotland staff, working with around a fifth of the organisation over a few months in 2013-14.

By developing understanding around creativity and building confidence in applying it, the conversations demonstrated clear impact on building capacity for more innovative and creative continuous improvement within Education Scotland (strategic objective 3), as well as furthering the aims of Scotland’s Creative Learning Plan.
